Both plugins
Do I need coding skills?
No. After the upload, the setup tab walks you through everything step by step. Each step has a check button that tells you whether it worked.
How do I get the plugin after buying?
Right after payment you get an email with your personal download link and your licence key. The link is valid for 30 days and 5 downloads. You enter the key in the plugin's “Einrichtung” (setup) tab.
Can I use the licence in several shops?
One licence covers one shop, test copies (e.g. localhost) included. Moving your shop? Just email us and we unlock the new address. Further shops need further licences.
Does my licence key cover both plugins?
No, each plugin has its own key. A key covers one shop, test copies such as localhost included.
Will it run with my hosting provider?
The plugin needs no server access and no support ticket with your host. It runs wherever JTL-Shop 5 runs.
AI Bridge
Can the AI change my shop without me?
Not with the default settings. Every change lands as a proposal in the approvals tab first. Coupons always need approval, even if you turn approvals off otherwise.
What if I don't like a change?
The old version is backed up before every change. You can restore it with one command.
Which AI assistant do I need?
Tested with Claude, connected as a connector on claude.ai. The interface follows the open MCP standard, and we are testing other assistants.
Shoplotse Google
Do I need the AI Bridge or Claude for Shoplotse Google?
No. Shoplotse Google is a standalone plugin and runs without AI. The two plugins work well together in the same shop, though.
My template already contains a Google code. What then?
The setup wizard detects it and warns you, because purchases would otherwise count twice. Remove the old code and enter the measurement ID in the plugin instead.
