2. What Shoplotse Connect does

Shoplotse Connect connects your Google accounts (Ads, Analytics, Merchant Center) and Meta accounts (Instagram, Facebook Pages) to your AI assistant (e.g. Claude). You sign in with Google or Meta and select the accounts you want to share. Your assistant can then use a personal address to read figures and, when you tell it to, make changes. We do not sell data, show no ads and do not use your data to train AI models.

3. Data we process

From Google (only what you grant when signing in):

• Google Ads: accounts, campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, search terms, budgets, bids and performance metrics (clicks, cost, conversions). On your instruction, changes to them (e.g. pause a campaign, set a budget, add a negative keyword).
• Google Analytics 4: properties and reports (sessions, pages, sources, events, revenue), read-only.
• Google Merchant Center: accounts, products, product issues and performance; on your instruction, re-fetching a feed.
• Your Google account email, to link the connection to your customer account.

From Meta (only what you grant when signing in):

• Instagram (professional accounts): profile (name, bio, follower count), posts, reels and stories with their insights (reach, views, likes, saves), aggregated audience demographics, comments on your posts. On your instruction: reply to or hide comments and publish posts.
• Facebook Pages: page name, connected Instagram account, posts and their insights.
• Your Meta account or business portfolio ID, to link the connection.

From you: name, email address and subscription data for your customer account.

4. How we process it

Access tokens from Google and Meta are stored encrypted (AES-256). Content from your accounts (metrics, posts, comments) is not stored permanently: we fetch it only when your assistant asks and pass it straight to the assistant. For troubleshooting we keep a log with time, tool used and result (without content) for at most 30 days. Changes to your accounts (e.g. a changed budget) are logged so you can review them, until you delete your customer account.

Legal basis is the performance of our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Where we process personal data of third parties (e.g. names of commenters), we act as your processor (Art. 28 GDPR); a data processing agreement is available on request.

5. Sharing

Data from your accounts goes only to the AI assistant you connect to Shoplotse Connect yourself. The AI provider's terms apply to its processing (for Claude: Anthropic PBC, USA). We do not share data with anyone else unless required by law.

Service providers: the service runs on Cloudflare, Inc. (USA, certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses). Payments are handled by Stripe (see Stripe privacy policy).

6. Google user data (Limited Use)

Shoplotse Connect's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google user data only to provide the features of Shoplotse Connect to you. We do not transfer it to third parties (except to the AI assistant you choose, to answer your request), do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it unless you explicitly agree, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

7. Meta Platform data

We use Instagram and Facebook data only in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and only for the features described above.

8. Retention and deletion

Access tokens are deleted as soon as you disconnect an account, delete your customer account or revoke access at Google or Meta. See Data deletion for how to do this. Subscription and invoice data is kept as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years).

9. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). A short email to info@shoplotse.net is enough. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, e.g. the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
